We live in modern knowledge-based economy and it’s no longer a secret: we have to respond to a growing demand for high-level skills. This OECD’s Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS) provides a comparative study of the teaching and learning methods in secondary schools in OECD countries. Our traditional models of schooling have to be adapted if we want to be better prepared to identify and develop the talents of all students.
