How to reform the Belgian tax system to enhance economic growth?

According to this OECD report, a reform of the Belgian tax system could help our economy go out of the crisis and make it grow faster. The author suggests reducing labour taxes in order to boost labour demand and supply, and raising less distortive tax sources like consumption and owner-occupied housing taxes. As we need to encourage companies to maintain and develop their business in our country, the corporate income tax system has to be properly modernised.
