Performance related pay in employment services

Activation policies often reward job seekers finding a job. In this study of the The Danish National Centre for Social Research, the authors advocate rewarding employees in the employment administration too. Performance related Pay (PRP), as this is called, seems to promote employment chances of social clients. Especially it seems that PRP schemes with collective monetary payoffs have a positive effect.
