The public opinion has never been so concerned about the quality in schools as it is today, and yet this education quality has never been really evaluated. Jean Hindriks has decided to rectify this gap by realizing a systematic detailed evaluation of our secondary education in Belgium (within the two communities). This evaluation covers justice as well as the efficiency of our school system. This study has been executed via a random sampling of 6336 students in more than 445 different schools (within the two communities).
