The Institute is open to proposals for collaboration from individuals and/or organisations with relevant research experience or with ideas for future research developments.

We are especially interested in proposals to conduct short-term research projects (less than one year) on one of the Itinera themes. Alternatively, recent existing research on one of the Itinera themes can be updated or reframed to increase its relevance for the Itinera Institute.

The Itinera Institute can provide logistic capacity for the people working on the research project (office room, computer, library, etc). Where possible and necessary, a research budget can be determined on a case by case basis.
